You will receive your permanent unlocking code within one business day via email. In the mean time, go to our downloads page and download the product you have ordered. After installation, run the program and use your order number from your confirmation email to gain 5 day full access while waiting for your unlocking code.
   
I ordered and never received a confirmation email. What happened?


You probably entered your email address incorrectly when ordering or you have a spam filter that has blocked the message. If you have not found the email after checking your spam filters, send us an email with your billing address and phone number, as well as what product you ordered (and approximately when), and we will match it with our records and complete your order.
   
I've ordered, how do I get my software?
Simply go to our downloads page and download the product you ordered from there. Use the Demo Now button for temporary access until your Registration Number arrives.

Some virus scanners and email programs (especially Outlook Express), strip PDF files from emails. Send us an email and we will manually send you your registration number.
   
I ordered the CD-ROM to be delivered, can I download as well?
Yes you can! Simply go to our downloads page and download the product you ordered. There is no need to reinstall when your CD-ROM arrives.
   
I've already downloaded the demo, do I need to download again after ordering?
No, however make certain that you have downloaded the latest patch if you downloaded some time ago.
   
I can't download my order, can I upgrade to the CD-ROM?
Yes you can. The price difference is $5.00 for the CD-ROM, plus $5.00 shipping and handling. Simply send us an email and we will upgrade your order and bill your credit card.
   
How do I upgrade to a higher edition?
Once you have purchased your upgrade and received your new Registration Number, run the program, select the Help menu, and then Upgrade Your Copy. Enter the new Registration Number over the old one. This will unlock the new features.

Why am I getting security warnings from my browser if your site is supposed to be secure?


Our site is secure, however not until you begin to enter your credit card information (your address information and what you ordered for example do not need to be encrypted).
