allows you to track the extra interest due and assess
late fees and penalties. For U.S. Rule (Simple Interest)
loans, QuikCalc will also track the interest escrow
for you.

and summary reports are at your fingertips. Generate
reports on demand that include annual summaries
based upon any corporate year end. If there is a
dispute, you have the numbers to back up what you
say is owed. You choose the level of detail and
the dates between which the report will be generated.

the most complex of loans. QuikCalc Office
Edition not only can track standard loans, it can
also track the most complex of loans including ARM
(Adjustable Rate Mortgages) and loans where the terms

long will it take to download?

do I update my data from a prior version?
If you install on the same machine as your old version,
simply run and register your new software. Once successfully
set up, go to the File Menu and select the Upgrade My
X Database menu item where X is the version number.
Only versions you have installed will be displayed.
Once selected, your data will be transferred to the
new version.
